On April 4 -5 PCE’s National Best Practices Committee held an in-person meeting on “The Future of Prosecution Data”.  The meeting was sponsored by the Karpel Foundation.

On March 22, 2024 PCE hosted a webinar with For The People and Troy Dunmore about implementing prosecutor-initiated resentencing laws across the country. Speakers dive into how the process is started from receiving requests, all the way through to a successful re-entry.

On October 18, 2022, PCE hosted part one of a series on how crime analysts can improve prosecutions. On September 29, 2023, PCE hosted part two of the series.

On September 15, 2023, PCE hosted a Pop-Up that discussed how prosecutors must ensure their offices have adequate cybersecurity and cyber preparedness.

On August 3rd, 2023 PCE hosted a National Best Practices Committee meeting on Caseloads Part 2, this section of the meeting was on case management.

On May 5, 2023, PCE hosted a National Best Practices Committee meeting on caseloads which included expert presenters who explored the study of caseloads and funding opportunities related to caseloads.

On August 3rd, 2023 PCE hosted a National Best Practices Committee meeting on Caseloads Part 2, including a focus on case weight. This section of the meeting focused on the sufficiency required when prosecuting certain crimes.

On February 7, 2023 PCE hosted a Pop-Up on workplace crimes and injustice.
